A hydro-static blade mower with differential lock and front safety brakes, it is ideal for cutting tall grass and woody shrubs on slopes and irregular terrain.
With its high-performance 15.2 HP engine, the Climber 9.18 can climb safely and is effective in cleaning rustic areas, in agriculture, in professional green maintenance and for anyone who uses it intensively.
The extreme maneuverability, smooth steering and working speed make the Grillo Climber 9.18 a fast and efficient brush cutter, and at the same time simple and pleasant to use.

The single-blade cutter deck has a working width of 91 cm. The structure of the entire cutting apparatus is not afraid of impacts with stones. The large-diameter blade shaft and cutting transmission guarantee reliability even under the toughest working conditions for many hours in complete safety.

The cutting blade is made of special molded steel with a special low-impact anti-noise shape, and has reversible knives (double-edged, they can be turned once worn) and retracted in the event of impact. The plate is equipped with protective side doors that can be lifted to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.

The Climber 9.18 is compact, with a low center of gravity and optimal weight distribution, and is built for maximum stability in all conditions and maximum safety for the operator in working environments with steep slopes.

The low positioned seat gives safety to the operator, together with the vertical axis endothermic engine positioned to the side of the transmission unit, the cutting plate placed exactly between the 4 wheels and the tank and battery placed on the front axle, make the machine exceptionally stable.

The tilting front axle and sculpted tractor wheels guarantee grip on irregular, low-grip terrain. On the steepest slopes, the Climber 9.18 climbs easily and safely!

To further increase operator safety on downhill slopes, the Climber 9.18 is equipped as standard with foot-operated drum brakes on the front wheels, combined with the differential lock for maximum grip.

The extremely small turning radius of only 38 cm allows movement in tight spaces. The low ground clearance makes the Climber 9.18 ideal for work under trees.

The powerful 15.2 HP engine, together with the sturdy frame and reliable transmission, guarantee high performance for demanding professionals.

The front wheels are equipped with anti-puncture treatment, making it possible to work in the most hostile environments!

The transmission consists of a hydro-static unit and a differential gearbox equipped with a foot pedal lock, and is unique!
In addition to the cooling fan, it is also equipped with a copper coil that guarantees oil cooling.

The transmission also has a charge pump that allows the Climber 9.18 to perform optimally even in extreme conditions.

The position of the hydro-static unit next to, and not underneath, the endothermic engine contributes to a lower oil operating temperature. Hot air from the engine is prevented from coming into contact with the hydro-static drive.

The blades are engaged by means of an electric button located near the steering wheel. The cutting height, from 30 to 90 mm, is adjusted from the driver's seat by means of a lever with 4 cutting positions; the same lever has an additional transfer position that allows the entire cutting apparatus to be lifted off the ground, automatically stopping the rotation of the blades to easily overcome kerbs and obstacles.

The tension of the deck belt is self-adjusting. The entire cutter deck is kept parallel to the ground at all times, improving cutting quality even after years of intensive use.

The Grillo Climber 9.18 is an extremely comfortable machine!
Extraordinary comfort is achieved with a low foot board that can be adjusted in length in two positions. The feet rest at the best angle to give the operator maximum safety.

The advance lever and steering are smooth in operation. The comfortable, longitudinally adjustable, sprung seat has armrests that hold the operator when negotiating slopes.
Driving the Climber 9.18 is not tiring even after many hours of work!

The Grillo Climber 9.18 has a Briggs & Stratton EXi INTEK 7160 petrol engine with 7 liter fuel tank and electric start. The two-cylinder engine with overhead valves and cast-iron cylinders has a displacement of 656 cc and adopts modern solutions that guarantee reliability, low emissions, low fuel consumption, high performance and minimal vibrations.
The air filter is easy to access for quick cleaning.
The Climber 9.18's exhaust muffler is designed by Grillo "Grillo Super Silent" for high noise reduction and minimum exhaust resistance.

The compact and sturdy design adopts solutions to ensure maximum safety and comfort for the operator.
The Climber 9.18 has passed the toughest tests to prove the reliability of the transmission, cutting gear, frame and all its components.

The roll bar, tow hitch and hour counter are standard.
Optionally, the Mulching Kit, designed for cutting on English-type lawns, allows for the shredding of the cuttings, which are then reabsorbed as nutrients by the soil.

The 125 cm swiveling snow blade is fitted at the front and allows driveways and squares to be cleared of snow.

All components, from the simplest to the most complex, are of high quality.
Frame, cutting transmission, plate, everything is built by Grillo in Italy, using the best materials and the latest technology to achieve high, consistent and 100% controlled quality.
The painting of Grillo machines is double-layer electrostatic powder. First there are the washing and preparation baths, then a first protective layer is applied which, with baking in the oven, is the best base for the finishing application. The second layer of paint and a further baking at 190°C give the characteristic hardness and gloss.
The Grillo Climber 9.18 is meticulously assembled and thoroughly tested by specialized personnel. The final testing of the Climber 9.18 includes a test with the engine running to check all functionality. A further and final guarantee for a high quality product.

Like all Grillo products, the Climber 9.18 is designed and built to last and retain its value for many years.
Grillo products are distributed and serviced extensively by Grillo's network of specialist dealers. Spare parts are available even after many years.
